If your last breath came as you fell asleep tonight, would you be satisfied with the life you have lived?
Would you leave this planet knowing that you had made the most of your time here?
Are you the best possible version of yourself?
Was today the best you’ve ever been? What about yesterday?
Have you found meaning? Have you provided meaning for others?
Are you doing what you love? If not, why?
Would you leave behind a legacy of love and support?
Did you tell those closest to you, that you love them?
Are you comfortable knowing that there is no tomorrow? That your time is up?
If not, what would you change?
Are you as healthy as you can possibly be? Do you have any bad habits that are holding you back?
Do you possess all of the knowledge that you seek?
If you could relive all of your wasted days, what would you do differently?
Have you progressed spiritually? To the point that you live without fear?
Why are you here? What are you doing with your life? Are you cherishing every second?Or has life become mundane? Are you bored? Sad? Tired?
If you’ve reached all of your goals, why not set the bar higher?
If these questions have made you uncomfortable, maybe it’s time to look at your life through a different lens..
Treat tomorrow as if it is your last, because it very well could be.
Be kind to everyone you come across, because they could be the last person you interact with.

Seek knowledge and understanding. Read a book. Read two. It might be the last information that you digest..
Meditate. Say a prayer. Say ten. Do whatever it takes to find yourself, and heal your soul.
Cement your meaningful relationships, and do away with those that bring you suffering.
See new places. Meet new people. Surround yourself with natural beauty. Go for a walk. Admire wildlife.
Immerse yourself in water. Practice good hygiene. Respect the space of others.
Are you squandering your time? Are you placing effort in the wrong fields? Heading in the wrong direction?
Where do you want to be tomorrow? Next year? Ten years from now?
What do you want your life to look like before you pass away?
Have you accepted that such a day will come? Are you okay with living in ignorance?
Is the impact you’ve left on the lives of others substantial? Have you changed their lives for the better? Will they always remember you? Who do you want to be?
Every animal on this planet, must be a better version of itself than it was the day before, in order to survive. Why not treat your life the same way?
